Why doesn’t Innosaw offer painted or stained finishes?

We specialize in precision manufacturing, not finishing. By delivering all cabinet components unfinished and finish-ready, we give you full creative control over the final look. This allows you to:
- Match finishes to your preferred palette or existing millwork
- Use your preferred stains, paints, or laminates
- Work with trusted finishers to meet project timelines and aesthetics

This approach speeds up lead times and allows us to focus exclusively on accuracy, quality, and configurability.

Why does Innosaw use third-party delivery and installers?

​

Innosaw concentrates on what we do best - precision cutting and kitting. To complete the experience, many of our clients work with trusted third-party delivery teams and local install professionals. This helps:
- Adapt to real jobsite conditions and finishing timelines
- Reduce costs related to transport logistics
- Let you choose your own delivery and install preferences
 

​Please note: We currently do not offer direct shipping, but it’s something we may introduce in the future.
 

How do I place an order or request a quote?

What kind of hardware is included with Innosaw cabinets?

We include durable, high-performance, soft-close hardware with every level of service. 

 

- For metal drawers, we use the Richelieu OPTIMIZ-R​ system - available in grey or white.
- For Baltic Birch drawers, we use Blum TANDEM runners. Baltic Birch drawers are not edgebanded unless requested.
- For inner adjustable drawer pullouts, we use the Pilaster X-Series Bracket System.
 

For Fully Custom orders, custom hardware and pull-outs are available upon request

We offer three tailored service levels to meet the needs of builders, designers, and finishers—from full design support to high-quality component supply.
 

Fully Custom (Highest Level): For high-end residential projects, custom builds, and unique spaces.

Includes:

- Fully custom cabinets for any room

- Complete design process, including 3D Design and spec development
- Custom built-ins, pull-outs, vent hoods, and floating shelves

- Inset cabinet design options
- Field measurement verification

- Coordination with third-party delivery and install teams (if needed)

Doors Only (Component Supply): For clients who only need high-quality cabinet doors.

​Includes:

- Paint-grade HDF doors

- Choose from our existing styles or request a custom profile
- Built to order based on client-supplied specifications

Yes. Innosaw provides a project-specific contract for all orders to ensure clarity and alignment from day one.

 

We have two contract types:
- Custom Contract: Includes expanded Change Order Policy and details for design process.

Contracts are shared digitally for review and e-signature once estimate is accepted. Our goal is to protect your timeline, your investment, and your expectations.
